Stéphanie Bottreau (from the Cook N'Tinem website) is in charge of the workshop, happily imparting her wisdom and passion for fine local cuisine.
Irreverent yet sophisticated, the energy she brings to the workshop is clear for all to see: there is always an immediate chemistry between Stephanie and participating amateur chefs.
During the workshop, chefs make use of both local and exotic ingredients to create a modern starter and main course.
To end the session, the budding chefs sit down for lunch, taking a moment to enjoy the fruits of their labour, perfectly paired with some of the estate's exquisite wines.
