The earthenware and decor is designed to recall the authentic French butcher's shop, with characteristic red and white stripes. Waiters welcome clients in familiar butchers' uniforms, calling out orders in recognisable patois. Irresistible cuts of meat are sourced in the Limousin, and prepared in the restaurant's own workshops. The quality is exceptional, and the meat is always cooked to perfection. Local specialities, grilled à la plancha, gourmet burgers, side of beef, roast beef for two, and the butcher's special selection delight young and old (a children's menu is available). Here, traditional flavours abound, in close proximity to some of the Médoc's most prestigious chateaus.
