Naturally, dishes are accompanied with wines selected by the restaurant's master sommelier from a vast list of references, designed to provide the perfect pairing for each and every meal, and of course including a selection of wines from the Medoc and elsewhere... The chef's menus are always seasonal, made up of local médocain produce: light, gourmet set menus for lunch, and an à la carte menu in the evening and at the weekend... An intimate atmosphere on the terrace's wooden decking, looking out onto the park, is the setting for some wonderful gourmet experiences, set to the sounds of nature.
