Your luck is in, because every lunch and evening time from Tuesday onwards, Arsac Pizza prepares delicious, authentic pizzas! A hot, crusty, traditionally Italian base, topped with tasty tomato sauce or rich crème fraîche, and high quality always-fresh ingredients (salmon, smoky bacon, beef, chorizo, chicken, slices of cured ham...). A second topping (mushrooms, onions, fresh tomato, honey...), and fresh cheese (traditional mozzarella, roquefort, emmental, camembert, reblochon...): your homemade pizza is as good as ready! All that remains is to give in to the temptation of one final indulgence: a whirl of ice cream, available in a wide range of flavours... delicious!

A restaurant that embodies the gourmet culture of the Medoc, with a view of the île verte Located on the banks of the Garonne, this bar is perfectly placed, in the summer months, to host relaxed gatherings and celebrations. Although occasionally decked out for popular dance parties (accordionists and musical groups appear regularly), the cooking alone is enough to recall the Médoc's traditional love of food and festivities. The view of the île verte, and the taste of the fresh seafood on offer are a delight: whole sea bass and sea bream grilled à la plancha, king prawns flambéed in whisky, freshly caught prawns from the estuary, eels garnished with parsley and garlic. The meat is just as delicious, and always perfectly prepared: duck confit, leg of lamb... a perfect way to end the day!

G.B.P. utilises a wide range of local, seasonal, organic, and protected designation of origin products. All the bread served is organic. She adapts her cooking for every possible taste and dietary requirement: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-intolerant... Groups can book the "private table" with a week's notice (only one group can be catered for at any one time). From the "private table" to the cooking classes, visitors are invited to step behind the scenes, and learn more about the chef's expertise and professional techniques.
