On the road to Santiago de Compostela, Madame Sanchez offers pilgrims a very warm welcome, and a chance to put their feet up. There is room at her guesthouse for 6 people, with hearty meals and breakfasts also on offer. Weather permitting, there is also space to pitch a tent, with access to conveniences. From dogs to donkeys... everyone appreciate the chance to take a deep breath before continuing on their journey.
