Marie-Laire Lurton, Château La Tour de Bessan’s owner, and Gaëlle Benoiste-Pilloire, l’Officier de Bouche’s chief, are calling upon you to harmonize dishes and wines. Those two women, set up in a contemporary style office and united by common values. You are invited to discover their universe and their expertise by visting the vat and the chai of their property then by sitting down at l’Officier de Bouche during a private meal or a private cooking class.
You’ll discover how wines and dishes are associated. During this unique experience, sharing and convey are the key words to allow a friendly exchange.
Wines are elaborated as part of the reasoned production charter Terra Vitis.
Products are locals : they are coming from near farms, with an AOC label (a controlled naming origin), from organic farming and with seasonal fruits.
Meals are handcooked and bread is organic. It is possible to adapt dishes to vegetarians, vegans and gluten intolerants.
